Also interested in AA and AAA ball, but mostly Class A. Managers only, not pitching or batting coaches.

I'm going to have to say a little in between the two answers. It's definitely not 1,000 or 1,200 a month because that is less than the minor league players make http://www.yougoprobaseball.com/MoneyMinorLeaguersMakePaid.html and I don't think it is quite as high as 60,000 a season. Only AA or AAA managers who have been around a while are making around that kind of money (IMO). So, an educated guess of mine would be between $30,000 - $40,000

I follow an independant minor league, the Frontier League. There are two teams within 30 miles of where I live. The Gateway Grizzlies in Sauget, Il and River City Rascals (my team) in O'Fallon, Mo. The league currently has 5 alumni on major league rosters George Sherrill -Evansviile to Baltimore, Justin Christian River City to New York Yankees, Joe Thatcher River City to San Diego, Mike Cervanek Chillicothe to Phiadelphia and Josh Kinney (DL) River City to St. Louis.

I assure you, absolutely no A manager makes remotely close to $60,000 like the one guy is guessing.

Actually $1200 is actually correct - in that neighborhood, plus food per diem and sometimes they pay for lodging. Single A players and managers barely make enough to get by.

It all depends how much they make in their contracts and how good they are. Minor League players make around one thousand dollars a month so the managers probably make around the same amount. I am probably wrong but just an estimate for the managers.

That could be confusing, because they have expenses paid and various allowances. Since the answerer above said $1000 per month, I have to disagree because that would be below minimum wage.....no one would take the job. And remember the salary is paid by the major league club.

$60, 000...plus expenses.
