Nick Saban was one of the best coaches ever to coach at LSU. He now coaches the Miami Dolphins and did you see the big improvement they made? I guess he may be a cousin to a scout on the Yankees but I cannot confirm that. Sorry.

Mike, I'll answer your question based on what JST said. He made some valid points but he made some points that are untrue....So in response to JST 1. First of all there fans can be big assholes (some not all, some are very good Yankees fans) 2. They buy major league ready players. 3. Compared to other teams they don't develop their players through the minor leagues. 4. The amount of players that took steroids in the Yankees organization. 5. They pay there way through baseball 6. Too many people are bandwagon fans because they win. Just some reasons on the top of my head ---- 1- I agree, but every team has fans like that, not just the Yankees 2- Every team buys Major League players 3- 110% false. Of the 25 players on the opening day roster, the Yankees had 13 who are homegrown, that is ranked 2nd in all of baseball. The 13 players- Jeter, Pettitte, Rivera, Posada, Joba, Hughes, Cano, Aceves, Robertson, Nick Johnson, Marcus Thames (shouldn't count but he is Yankee homegrown), Ramiro Pena, and Brett Gardner. The only team in baseball who had more is the Colorado Rockies. While I"m aware not all of them are great, they still were developed in the Yankees system 4- Umm okay, but the Yankees are not the only organization who had players take steroids. They are just the organization who got caught the most, based on the Mitchell Report was was truly biased, considering it didn't have David Ortiz and Manny Ramirez on the list when they clearly tested postive for performance enhancing durgs in 2003 5. Ehh, how is this different than what you said with number 2? 6. Agree, but that can easily be said with many sports teams But Mike, as some people said, if I had to summarize all in just 1 word- Jealousy And I can understand the jealousy of course
