32 1/2 would probably be a good size. but depending on the size of your hand a 33 or 33 1/2 might not be bad either.

and matthew there is no way you have 12 in. catchers glove because they arent sized that way. they are sized by measuring the circumference of the glove. a 12 in catchers glove wouldnt fit a 2 yr old.

I caught for over twenty five years from little league to the minors and I can tell you the size is what ever you want. Some players like the big glove because they are to lazy to move and just want to throw their glove at the ball. I find with a smaller mitt you have more glove control, can move to your left and right easier, and your blocks will be clean. Each person has to make up his mind. I have used the same Rawlings mitt since I bought it in high school in the 70's, restrung it several times and now use it as a high school baseball coach.

Right now, I have a 30.5 inch Mizuno catchers mitt. Do you think I should get the Allstar CM1100PRO, which is 31.5 inches? Also, should I get new Allstar gear, new Under Armour gear, or new Rawlings gear?

If I were you, I'd go to the sporting goods store and try a couple on. (Only you know what fits) If you have any trouble the people who work there should be able to help you out.
