We live in Maryland and my wife has made a preschooler a Red Sox fan. He's wants to painted a replica of the Green Monster in his room...He justs wants the board but my wife wants it done like that dudes wall in Fever Pitch. Are there any stores up there around Boston that sell the Green Monster in pieces like in wall paper? I'm no artist and I really don't want to do this

Why not just buy a photo or painting of Fenway Park? Also, you could change the meaning by hiring Wally the Green Monster, who does kids' parties in the offseason. I doubt he goes to Maryland, but you could take your child to Boston this summer, arrange to meet Wally before the game and attend a game. If your son is anything like my daughter was, he will enjoy the game as long as the junk food keeps coming.

Here's an idea. Paint the whole wall (or large area) in green chalkboard paint. Paint white grid lines over that to make a scoreboard. Put a Red Sox pennant or bumper sticker along the top. Give your son a piece of chalk and call it done.
