If you weren't a fan of your current team which team do you think you would've been a fan of?

If i wasn't a Yankee Fan i think i would've been a fan of the Royals.

I think if I wasn't a Met fan, I would be a Marlins or Twins fan. I like the way they play baseball. The small ball team work kind of thing. On the other hand, I would probably be a Yankee fan cause I live with two die hard Yankee fans and I think eventually I would have had to succumb to their demands. I also live in New York, and well I would feel awkward to root for a team I couldn't watch on a delay basis or go to games without taking a plain or moving there.

I would probably be a mets fan since I have lived in NYC my entire life and there is no way I can ever support the red sox.

However, if it were back in the days, I would have been a Brooklyn Dodgers fan. Even though the Dodgers aren't here anymore and Ebbets field is long gone, I love hearing and studying the history of when the Dodgers were here. I live in Brooklyn and its the best borough of New York City!



At least I have a Brooklyn Dodgers hat and soon I'm gonna get a Brooklyn Dodgers jersey!



But, I am a true Yankees Fan and I shall be a Yankees fan forever! And I support the Brooklyn Dodgers because of Borough pride and historical purposes, plus I like the uniform.

If I weren't a yankee fan I would root for the reds or the cubs.



the reds because the first world series I remember watching was in '76 when the big red machine swept the yankees in 4 straight. foster, bench, rose, morgan, griffey sr., et al.



the cubs because they have such a great history and stadium. I admire their fans as well. they are truly loyal to stick with their team after so long without a championship.

I like sticking with family loyalties, so I'm left with Giants, Tigers, Pirates or Royals. Giants are immeadiatley out, and I just am not that big of a Tiger fan. So it would be between Royals or Pirates, probably Pirates because I am love with the city of Pittsburgh. But my family in KC are the few diehard Royal fans. Ugh! I guess it's a toss up.

I'm a Cardinals fan so if I weren't a fan of the Cardinals it would either be the Royals because we are in the same state or the Cubs. My Dad grew up as a Cubs fan. Married my Mother the biggest Cardinals fan you would ever meet and quickly saw the error of his ways and began rooting for the Cardinals.

If the Red Sox didn't exist, I guess I'd probably like the Yankees unfortunately. Only because I live in New York.

It is really hard to imagine being a fan of any other team than the Yankees. However I would assume that I would just root for the Mets. I tend to just root for New York teams.

The Red Sox have been my team for forty years. The team that I would probably have gone for beside them would be the Cubs. There is a lot of similarity there. Both teams are blessed with classic stadiums and cursed with an infamous drought. At least my boys finally awoke from their sleep.

tough question. i was born in raised in minnesota so lifetime twins fan. i guess it would come down to royals or white sox just cause they are midwest teams with smaller budgets than the likes of the cubs/red sox/yankees/angels etc... i kinda like the padres also.
