Even if you say off the field activities should not matter, Rose's gambling possibly affected the on-the-field results of the games he managed. Rose disobeyed one of the most sacred rules of the game, and compromised the integrity of the game. Keep him out.

Yes Pete Rose should be allowed in the MLB PLAYERS HOF. His on the field numbers alone should have already put him in. He should never be mentioned for the Managers HOF, of course. Maybe the old fogies making those decisions need to just croak and the new generation will accept Rose, like they already have.
The Pete Rose Law will be passed and be used for exceptions like this.

Yes i think so. Players should be selectd on their play during the games not their life off the field. He has some incredible stats and was par of the big red machine his betting should not be the decding factor. Selig should reinstate him so he gets voted in. He is banned for life because he bet on baseball this is extreme to keep him out of the hall of fame
