Short term CC Sabathia long term Rich Harden. This also depends on Harden's health. The problem with Harden before he was traded he lost velocity on his fastball and his control hasn't been where it's normally at. If he rediscovers his velocity then it's Harden. Harden everytime he takes the mound has no hit stuff.

When healthy Harden is a better pitcher than CC. CC will be gone next year so the Brewers are relying on him to get them to the promise land this year. The Cubs still have the better team so it doesn't matter. i'll take Zambrano and Harden over Sheets and Sabathia anyday. Plus the Cubs 3, 4, and 5 are better than the Brewers.

Sabathia will make a bigger impact. In case you haven't noticed, he's 280 pounds. That mound will be flat by the end of the season.
OK, seriously: Considering his injury history, it probably won't be Harden. But the Cubs may still win the Division, and if they face the Brewers in the NLCS (it can't be the NLDS because Division teams can't face each other in that round), the Cubs may still win the Pennant.
Assuming, of course, that there really is no curse.

Harden is the better pitcher when healthy.. but that's seems to be the hard part for him. IF he stays healthy he will have the most impact, but in my opinion they will both feast on N.L. lineups and pitch very well in this league. It will be a close call and if Harden goes down again then C.C. will prove that his coming to the Brewers had the biggest impact.

Harden will make a bigger impact bcuz he is there for at least through the 2009 season and CC is only there for 1 half of a season

One initiate is merely too quickly to be taught 2 gamers. it could take maximum of a season or maybe a number of seasons to make a robust assessment. those are 2 kinds of pitchers. Sabathia is a workhorse, and is a huge pitcher. Harden, inning by utilizing inning could be extra effective than Sabathia, yet he has severe injury issues, and could be sidelined at any time. it will take a little time to work out the consequence of the strikes, tremendously when you consider that a great style of the gamers sent are youthful, and want time to enhance. LaPorta is in all probability the final prospect sent in those bargains.

I'm going to go with CC Sabathia, only because staying healthy is a concern with Harden.

CC. He won the Cy young for crying out loud. harden will just hurt himself and break cubs fans hearts.

C.C. Sabathia. He was very good here in Cleveland. Not to mention he's the league leader in strikeouts!

C.C. with the Brewers offense behind him will be hard to beat.

Sabathia. He's a better pitcher and he's less injury prone.
